It is rare but glass can break via shipping. I unfortunately cannot assist if it does break since an insurance claim cannot be filed via the post office. My apologies. It is extremely rare (only happened once) but if it does it is easy to replace and I am happy to help where I can.

Website is kept up to date to the best of our ability but sometimes an item will be out of stock.
