Chloe Duncan
Raised in the lush woodlands of Scotland and now living among the red cliffs of Southern Utah, I create watercolor paintings inspired by the contrast between these two landscapes. From soft thistles to desert roadrunners, my work weaves together quiet elements of nature, often overlooked, but full of story.
I paint on canvas and wood panel, aswell as traditional watercolor paper-offering a modern way to display traditional watercolor. My mother, a professional watercolorist, nurtured my love for art early on, and her influence still runs through every piece I create.
Whether its a bundle of dried thistles, a simple crow, or a twisted branch, Im drawn to the quiet corners of nature- those overlooked pieces that tell a story, if your paying attention. I’m grateful to share my work with collectors around the world and hope each piece brings a sense of stillness and connection to the wild.
